Please advise the Stars team if your child cannot attend for any reason as soon as possible. You are able to do this via the contact details on our contact us page.
Please keep your child at home if they are suffering from any of the following: – Diarrhoea, nausea, conjunctivitis, any unknown rashes, coughs, runny noses or ears combined with a temperature. Their absence should be until all symptoms have disappeared or until discharged by a G.P or hospital.
Please be aware that it is vital you ensure your child does not attend Stars if they or someone in their household has symptoms of COVID-19. A contactless temperature check may be taken on arrival to the studio should a child appear or claim to be unwell and Stars reserves the right to refuse acceptance of a child who is thought to be unwell to attend.

The nominated first aider on site will be the only team member to administer any necessary medication. Medication must be in its original container, and there are signed, clear instructions on dosage and times. Should your child become unwell at Stars, every effort will be made to contact the parents or legal guardian.
In the event of an emergency, where parents or legal guardians cannot be reached, Stars reserves the right to travel a child to A&E and remain with them until a parent or legal guardian is present.
There is at least one first aider present at each session. If an accident occurs, you will be informed and it will be entered into the accident book which you will be asked to sign.
