Su is a graduate of The Leicestershire School of Music and the founder of STARS Performing Arts School, Su Tucker Academy Reaching Stars.

Founded in 2003, Stars began simply as a performing arts holiday club, transitioned into a weekly Saturday class and now Stars is proud to offer fun and creative classes for those who wish to train and perform as well as out of school childcare provisions.

Su has taught privately with The London College of Music Examining Board for over 15 years with significant exam results at distinction level and coaches students to achieve places at distinguished performing arts establishments like Guildford School of Acting, Italia Conti, LIPA, Rose Bruford, Emil Dale Academy and Tring Park.

In 2015 Su and her husband, Nick, took on a new project renovating Create Studios and transforming it into a beautiful bespoke studio space that would become the home of Stars Performing Arts, nestled right in the community of Clarendon Park in Leicester.

From Britains Got Talent and X-Factor to West End and international projects, Stars students have gone on to perform professionally in many projects and in 2017 Su relaunched the Stars agency as Tucker Management Talent Agency and acts as the Managing Director to the agency which provides global performance opportunities for artists.

Stars has grown a lot over the years, but Su’s care and vibrant energy is still at the centre of all we do.
